Terms & Conditions

Payment:

Acceptable forms of payment are e-transfer. Cash is accepted in person for appointments that don't require full payment prior too.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates, however you may transfer your exact appointment services/date/time to a different individual (friend, family, etc.) to avoid complete loss of funds.

The remaining balance of your invoice is due 2 weeks prior to your booking in the form of an e-transfer only. Please note if the total balance is not paid by the due date, your wedding booking is now null and void. Please ensure that the payment is made on time, and if you need an extension, this needs to be communicated to us 1 week prior to the due date, so that we can accept and arrange a later payment date.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Rates are only guaranteed if stated on your non-expired estimate and a deposit has been received for your services. Please note estimates EXPIRE within 2-3 days.

Booking:

Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis. To secure your date(s)/time(s) a 30% deposit must be made upon agreement along with the signed contract unless otherwise stated. You may e-transfer funds to leenaheravipayments@gmail.com

Once the deposit has been received, the date and time agreed on in the contract is officially confirmed. No services can be deducted from the invoice/contract unless otherwise stated. However, services can be added if time allows depending on other bookings for that day.

Travel fees will apply to all mobile bookings. If there shall be any parking/toll fees these are to be paid for by the client.

Day Of:

In the case that the client is 20+ minutes late to their appointment and causes the artist’s schedule to run behind  a $50, late fee will apply. If during a mobile booking anyone from the group is 20+ minutes late and leaves the artists with nobody to work on a $50, late fee will apply as well.

Once the artist has completed everyone’s hair and/or makeup and all requested and suggested touch ups have been completed, the artist is permitted to leave before the set finish time.

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary but we cannot be held accountable for any allergic reactions or any complications that may occur during or after the makeup application. Any skin allergies or irritations should be reported to the artist prior to your event to try and prevent any issues.

All photographs that the client allows the artist to take can be used for promotional use such as social media, portfolio and website.

Changes:

Please note, we are only able to complete the number of people who were originally contracted/requested. Should there be a REQUEST to add an additional person on the day of this will be solely at the discretion of the artist. This decision will be based on scheduling and timing.

In the event of a sudden emergency(e.g. extreme sickness, accidents, death in the family, or any other reason out of our control) and the contracted artist(s) are not able to perform the services agreed upon, then a substitute artist will be sent based on availability. If for any reason this is not possible then a full refund will be given back to you.

It is extremely important that the client informs the artist ahead of time of any delays or time restrictions so that they can be accounted for. In the event that the client is significantly late and the artist feels that she does not have sufficient time to complete her services before her next scheduled appointment, it is then up to the artist’s discretion to:

a) Cancel your appointment (resulting in a loss of the deposit)

b) Move your appointment to a later time on the same day when/if the artist is available again

If a sudden emergency arises (e.g. extreme sickness, accidents, or death in the family) and the clients is forced to postpone their wedding because of it then the contracted artists have to be notified at least 60 days prior to the scheduled date of the services for the deposit to be used towards new dates.
