Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
Canada Wide Standard Shipping $10 CDN: Typically arrives within 2-4 business days once your order is shipped.
Canada Wide Express Shipping $15 CND: Fast delivery within 1-2 business days (once order is shipped), perfect for last-minute beauty needs!
US Standard Shipping $20 CND: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days once your order is shipped.
We offer FREE Standard Shipping for Canadian orders over $100!
Processing Time
We prepare each order with care. Processing generally takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, like holidays or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we’ll work hard to keep you updated!
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped, so you can keep an eye on its journey. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to reach out to us!
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within North America, but we’re working on expanding to other locations soon. Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We know you’re excited to receive your lashes! If your order seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please let us know by contacting our customer service team. We’ll do our best to help track it down and resolve any issues.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For our international customers, please be aware that customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may apply, depending on your country’s policies. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
For special occasions or the holiday season, we recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery on time. Our suggested order-by dates are as follows:
Standard Shipping: December 10
Express Shipping: December 15

Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. At Leena Lashes, we prioritize the hygiene and safety of our customers. Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We want to ensure you have the best experience with our products. Please make sure to review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, our team is here to help and can provide guidance prior to purchase. Leena Lashes does not price match if you have purchased before any sales or other promotions.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Contact us at hello@leenalashes.com, including your order number and a photo of the item(s) received, so we can review and resolve the issue. If the product is deemed defective by LeenaLashes.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item or an equivalent item.
